What Introv Does?

Introv's ambition is to make information and technology work for people and businesses. Not the other way round. In recognition of our target, we focus on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications and specialized on SaaS (Software as a Service) platform.

Software as a Service

Why won't corperates build their own reservoirs, water pumps, pipelines, steam turbines, transformer houses, powerlines, gas tanks and pipes, jet planes, container liners, truck crews, couriers, etc? Why would they rather depend on services from other parties? The answer is simple. It is because these things are expensive and require extreme expertise to both setup and maintain. A corperate would rather spend 100% of their time and efforts on their own businesses than to hire an army of experts looking after their infrastructures. Furthermore, when you subscribe a service, you always have the option to change and scale.

So, why should corperate software be different?!

Customer Relationship Management

Customer sales transactions are being taken care of very nicely in any corporate, for sure. However, such sales transaction systems always stop at actual accounting works like ordering, and invoicing, helping almost none of the daily works of sales and marketing people! The reason: sales and marketing people’s works are highly loose and tedious, but yet extremely inter-related like a mind-map. In today’s customer oriented business environment, sales and marketing people deserve, and must be given a tool to management the their own and their teams' works.

CRM and SaaS Together

For all corperate application software, CRM is the most suitable to be provided as SaaS.

Sales and marketing people, customer service people and even consultants are work force who we would usually call the "front line" because it is when revenue is generated and where business are kept. They needs efficiency; they need targets; they need accessibility. Office electicity could affort more down-time than a CRM system. A salesperson must be able to access his customer list at home or in an Internet cafe, make a call, and close a deal. Then the office electricity bill could be paid and everyone can keep their jobs. Losing CRM *is* losing business! With SaaS model, CRM could be accessed everywhere yet with the highest class of security provided by literally an army of system security experts. Your in-house I.T. guys can know nothing about security from now on. Companies' sales teams and customer service teams are very volatile. They expand, they shrink, they turnover, they move, they split, and they merge all the time. Locations are all around town today, country tomorrow, and the surface of the Earth the day after, hopefully. So, the CRM system must be flexible not only in term of deployment, but also in terms licensing.
